To help us better coordinate and schedule our volunteers, we ask that volunteers be available for up to a total of 4 hours of volunteer time any during the conference Thursday (October 24) through Saturday (October 26), but this will depend on how large our volunteer pool is this year. We will do our best to schedule your time around your conference schedule. Typical duties will include helping check in attendees at the registration desk, greet and collect tickets at special events, assist at book signings, and other special tasks as assigned.
